Digital Garage Launches Free Version of “Musubell for Real Estate Agent”
Introducing the “Free Plan” to Kickstart Digital Transformation in Real Estate Transactions and Accelerate Operational Efficiency in the Industry
– Digital Garage, Inc. (Digital Garage) launches the “Free Plan” for “Musubell for Real Estate Agent” today, December 12.
– This service is part of “Musubell,” Digital Garage’s next-generation digital transformation engagement platform for the real estate business, enabling electronic document generation, management, and online centralized status management for real estate transactions. The “Free Plan” includes some of Musubell’s functions and is available free of charge.
■Background to the “Free Plan”
Real estate companies must produce many documents to complete their transactions, such as sales contracts, Explanations of Important Matters, and various types of MOUs. The real estate industry is also known for having many small- and medium-sized businesses*1. In particular, small businesses are not quickly implementing new systems, including electronic contracts.
Based on this, Digital Garage launched the “Musubell” series in 2020 to promote digital transformation for real estate transactions. Many companies that are considering “Musubell” have contacted Digital Garage, asking for a simpler plan to try out. To meet these needs and help promote digital transformation throughout the real estate industry, Digital Garage decided to offer the “Free Plan” for “Musubell for Real Estate Agent,” which provides some functions at no cost, allowing users to experience how it helps optimize their business.

■“Musubell” service lineup
A sales and contract support cloud service specialized in real estate. This is a service lineup that DG develops from 2020 as a “DX engagement platform for next-generation real estate transactions” that enables the creation and management of electronic documents for real estate deals and centralized online management of real estate status. DG has expanded its service lineup by offering “Musubell for the New Condo,” “Musubell for Real Estate Agent,” “Musubell for Property Survey,” and “Musubell for Management” and continues to strengthen its functions and grow in collaboration with the DG Group companies and external partners. This service is designed with a UI that allows for optimal organization of real estate operations by property, by unit, as well as by transaction, and enables status management such as internal application and contract status, and internal confirmation and management of contract documents.

“Musubell for Real Estate Agent” is a service that allows real estate transactions to be completed online. In February 2024, an automatic reading function was added to link Certificate of Registered Matters data to pertinent items in the sales contract and Explanation of Important Matters.
