〜Service Introduced by Nomura Real Estate Development for Contract Management of Newly Built Condominiums and Houses〜
Digital Garage, Inc. (TSE first section: 4819; HQ: Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer and Group CEO: Kaoru Hayashi; DG) develops and launches “Musubell” (https://www.musubell.com/). “Musubell” is an online service for the centralized management of real estate contracts that produces and manages the status of the required documents that differ by customer. Contract documents are being fully digitalized through API integration with “CloudSign,” an electronic contract service from Bengo4.com, Inc. (HQ: Tokyo; Representative Director: Yosuke Uchida), a promoter of legal tech. For developing the service, “Musubell” received cooperation from Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (HQ: Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Seiichi Miyajima; Nomura Real Estate Development) in the development of a real estate contract workflow, the sharing of document types and more. Nomura Real Estate Development will introduce “Musubell” to manage contracts for “PROUD Suginami Honancho” and “PROUD SEASON Minami Inagiyama” condominiums.
Generally, sellers and customers have to submit many documents for real estate purchasing contracts, and all procedures must be carried out in person. This places a major burden on both parties, including sorting the necessary documents, checking to see if they are filled in, confirming documents, purchasing stamps, affixing seals, and mailing. DG developed “Musubell” for real estate-related companies. This service automatically sorts and produces the necessary documents for real estate purchasing contracts (which differ by customer), automatically fills in the required information, and centrally manages statuses online. Further, “Musubell” is linked with the API of Bengo4.com’s “CloudSign” to make the contract process easier for both sellers and buyers by digitalizing the entire purchasing contract, which eliminates the need for tasks such as signing, stamping, and mailing. DG Communications Co., Ltd., a member of DG Group, will be in charge of operating “Musubell.” In addition, “Musubell” will be expanded in the future, including API integration with various services, to offer better convenience to sellers and buyers while corresponding with changes in real estate sales method such as online customer service.
