Digital Garage to Hold “THE NEW CONTEXT CONFERENCE 2015 TOKYO” With Joi Ito As The Host — The Future of Digital Currency and Virtual Reality

Tokyo, May 25, 2015 -Digital Garage, Inc. (TSE JASDAQ: 4819, DG) has announced that it will hold the next event in its seminal conference series on July 6th and 7th, 2015 at Toranomon Hills in Tokyo, titled “THE NEW CONTEXT CONFERENCE 2015 TOKYO.” Those interested in the cutting edge of internet technology and the businesses borne out of these technologies are invited to join host Joichi Ito, DG co-founder and Director of the MIT Media Lab. This will be the 11th New Context Conference, which originally began in 2005.

This year’s theme is broken into two topics: Digital Currency and Virtual Reality. Along with a curated group of influential experts in each of these sectors, we will explore the impact that these technologies will have on our lives over the next 5 to 10 years. These speakers include: two core engineers working on Bitcoin, the world’s most well known digital currency; experts involved in developing laws and regulations surrounding digital currencies; a professor and pioneering researcher of computer interface technology at the MIT Media Lab; and a Daito Manabe, a digital performer whose work has garnered much praise over the past 3 years at South by Southwest.
